*NO PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS OR EVENTS* -Unauthorized events or gatherings will result in a $500 fine + eviction, regardless of property damage *QUIET HOURS are from 10PM to 8AM. Please refrain from loud, Amplified music/ excessive noise no matter the time of day... ESPECIALLY after 10pm. *Due to the size of the property (1,000 sqft) & insurance purposes, we have a strict maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Only guests who are registered and authorized on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you plan to have visitors, even for a short visit without an overnight stay, please inform and receive approval from the hosts in advance. Approved visitors must leave the premises by 10 pm. If any daytime visitors remain past 10 pm, they will be considered overnight guests, and an additional fee of $100 per overnight guest will be applied to the reservation. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund and/or a $100 fee per guest exceeding the 8-guest limit. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this rule in advance. *Please do not stick or tape anything to the walls. Please be mindful of the wallpaper and do not lean anything on the walls. Any damages or results in up to $500 fee. *No smoking, vaping inside of home. smoking is allowed in the backyard by the designated smoking area only. There will be a $500 fee if there's a smell of any smoke inside the house. *$200 security deposit is required for guests with less than five - 5 star reviews. Security deposit is returned after check out as long as there are no damages and all house rules are adhered to. *Pet fee: $49. Covers 2 pet limit. Pet fee covers extra deep cleaning costs. Please be sure to add pet when booking. Any additional pets over the 2 pet limit will result in additional $99 fee and/or reservation being cancelled with no refund. Please inquire first with hosts if you have more than 2 pets. *Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on: 1) Hours requested 2) Cleaners schedule 3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day. Please let us know in advance for higher chances to be approved. *Our cleaners arrive pm promptly @ 11:00am. They charge $50 per 30 minutes they have to wait after 11:00am. *No illegal drug use. *Absolutely NO burning of any candles or incense sticks. *There are security cameras facing the front and rear of the property. Security cameras are for the safety and security of all our guests and for insurance purposes. CAMERAS ARE NOT ACTIVELY MONITORED. Please do not remove, touch any cameras or disconnect, unplug WI-FI. This will result in the reservation being canceled without refund. *No third party bookings-only agreed upon guests that are staying in the home can book the listing. *Do not move or rearrange any furniture. *DO NOT flush any baby wipes, sanitary items and make up wipes in the toilet. We run on a septic tank system. Additional charges will apply up to $500 due to any of these items clogging toilet. *Keep doors and windows closed at all times to prevent noise from traveling outside and to prevent heating/cooling system from overworking itself. *Guests will be responsible for any BROKEN, DAMAGED, MISSING items. Additional charges will apply -ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI, NO SILLY STRING, NO FEATHERS AND BALLOONS. Any excessive messes will result in an addition $200 fee *We know accidents do happen. Please alert hosts of any damages immediately, so we can rectify and plan to repair as needed. **By booking with us, you are agreeing and confirming that: 1)You are a guest and NOT a tenant 2)You will check-in AND check-out at the agreed upon dates and times as written in the reservation. *Failure to comply with agreed check-out time, you will be considered Trespassing and will have to vacate property immediately. 3)You have read and agree to ALL house rules/rental agreement and that if any are broken, that may result in cancellation of reservation without refund.
